Thanks for sharing your idea and we are planning this to implement in next version. We are planning to allow only admin users to resend the gift notification emails.

However, we would like to know whether do you want us to also allow vendor users to resend the email..? Or saying it differently, do you think that you need to allow your vendor users to resend email notification, may be your customer directly contact them, instead of you..?
