I too have this requirement. I understand that option 2 is already catered for but it has to be done in a round about way and needs to be explained in text how to do it. What would be clearer for the website customer is for them to simply make a selection 1 or 2 (or 3). Option 2 would then function like Option 1 if no email was entered.
