Ability to schedule by minute from wordpress post

I really like the way you can schedule posts hourly right next to the publish button. However, it would be extremely helpful to be able to include the minute (or at least 15 min intervals) in order to efficiently schedule. We have lots of writers, so it would be very helpful to have right next to the publish button. Thanks for your consideration.
