Add {full_author} tag in Facebook posting

Right now it is only available in Twitter, which makes no much sense because Facebook has no characters limit when Twitter does.

Hi There,

We have added this feature in the latest version 2.8.7 we have added {full_author} tag in the Facebook posting as well as in other social networks.
