Allow users to add voucher details on the cart/checkout page vs product page

Currently the user inputs any voucher details on the product page. If they want to order two or more vouchers they need to return to the product page and input the voucher details each time to do so. Changing where they enter the info would greatly improve customer UX and speed up the checkout process. This is because it would allow the user to select the quantity on the product page and then enter the voucher details on the cart and/or checkout pages. Additionally the current checkout flow also keeps woocommerce’s defualt “Add to Cart” buttons from working properly. Instead of adding vouchers to the cart it redirects them to the product page and prompts them to enter the voucher info. This adds unecessary steps. Changing where the user adds the voucher details would speed up the checkout process and likely improve conversion.
