Custom Email-Address

Hi!

It is possible to check “Send Emails to Admin”. This works fine but we are 3 admins. How can I select the correct Admin? Or is is possible to enter a costom E-Mail? It would be fine to enter the E-Mail-Adress in a input field. Because in my case the owner of the website (this is not an admin) wants to recive the mails.
