Ensure compatibility with EDD Extention "Manual Purchase"

I need to allow volunteers from our charity
(we are using the add-on to let people create charity gifts)
to manually add entries in order to store donation and automatically create their certificate thru PDF Voucher.

We’d just like to let you know that we’ve just released new version 2.0.8 and Now this plugin is compatible with EDD Manual Purchases plugin.
