Limit the hours when posts are scheduled
This feature would be useful for content that is only read in certain countries. It makes no sense to post content at 5 am if no one would be reading social networks.
If you want the article should post on admin local time, you can change the WordPress timezone with your local timezone from general WordPress settings. Please check the screenshot.
“I would add an option in each social network panel to select hours from start to end when Social Auto Poster will be paused.”
Regarding this, we can’t add this feature to the core plugin. Still, if we have more votes in future we will think about it.
Currently it’s working based on UTC timestamp so, do you mean that it should post based on admin local time?
Please correct me If I’m wrong.

I would add an option in each social network panel to select hours from start to end when Social Auto Poster will be paused. Maybe you will need to add another option to specify the timezone since not always it is the same as the server timezone.
Thanks for your suggestion.
Can you please elaborate more, how you exactly want this feature to work?
