Sell vouchers easily on site

We are using the woocommerce PDF voucher plugin for our hotel homepage, but we like to sell and print the vouchers at the reception desk. Is there a nice and easy way to do this?

    I too have this requirement for staff at a store to be able to create a voucher and send to customer. The payment would be carried out separately in-store, so I am looking for a way for a authorised Vendor to create a voucher without payment .
